Why does my business need a Fire Risk Assessment?
Laws regarding Fire Safety came into force on 1st October 2006 with the introduction of the Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006.

Why is this required?
The regulations apply to all workplaces in Scotland, and they aim to reduce deaths, injuries and damage caused by fire by placing a greater emphasis on fire prevention.
